We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our dynamic interior designing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and managing customer relations.
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients, vendors, and other internal departments.
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, signing them in, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle outgoing calls to potential clients and provide information about our services and products.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and other data in the company’s database.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email software.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage a busy reception area.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
