About Us: Nail and Hammer is a renowned interior design company committed to creating innovative and functional spaces. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience and a strong grasp of various digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence of Nail and Hammer.
   • Manage and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SMM, PPC, SMO, ORM, and YouTube marketing.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
   • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings.
   • Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive targeted traffic.
3. Social Media Management (SMM):
   • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
   • Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to track performance.
4. Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):
   • Create and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
   • Monitor ad spend, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
5. Social Media Optimization (SMO):
   • Enhance social media profiles and content for increased visibility.
   • Implement strategies to grow social media followers and engagement.
6. Online Reputation Management (ORM):
   • Monitor online reviews, comments, and feedback.
   • Implement strategies to maintain a positive online reputation.
7. YouTube Marketing:
   • Plan, create, and optimize YouTube video content to promote Nail and Hammer’s interior design projects.
   • Monitor video performance and engagement.
8. Team Management:
   • Supervise and guide interns or junior team members in digital marketing tasks.
   • Ensure effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Proven track record in SEO, SMM, PPC, SMO, ORM, and YouTube marketing.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
6. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary between INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
